It is better to stand in a minority, even alone, beside God in defence of truth, while you are called mad, subversive, extremist, irreligious and heretical, while the powers are enraged against you and the people rise against you and prepare the gallows, the firewood and the cross for you, than to stand with a majority that has exchanged its humanity, freedom and courage for fear and darkness.
