The piece “Six Scenes from the Life of Fyodor Dostoevsky” portrays the life of the celebrated Russian writer and one of the most influential thinkers associated with the existentialist movement, using his own voice and a selection of the enduring statements attributed to him.

I wrote the text in Dostoevsky's voice, drawing on his own memorable words while looking at different periods of his life. It is therefore not merely a brief biography, but at the same time a compressed expression of his philosophy. I will share selections from these enduring statements below.
