A living and progressive nation knows that if, in the name of modernity and renewal, it refuses to transmit its historical heritage—including its stories and legends, heroes, and the preservation of its history and culture—to future generations, those generations will inevitably suffer from the absence of ideals and direction in understanding their own identity, and the roots of such a nation will begin to decay.
